Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our digital offerings — including eBooks, guides, and instant downloads — we are unable to offer refunds on any digital purchases. All digital products are delivered instantly and are considered final sale. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. Paperback Books – 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on physical paperback books within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return for an eligible item:

  1. Email us at backtotheroot.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund

Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive the item for the refund to be processed.


Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at backtotheroot.shop@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you and guide you through the return process if necessary.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Digital products (including downloadable guides and eBooks)
  • Opened, used, or marked paperback books
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our eligibility requirements.
